Where We Ship
Shipping is available to most countries in Europe. However, shipping availability and delivery conditions may vary depending on local regulations, carrier restrictions, and customs requirements in each destination.
If a country does not appear at checkout, shipping is not available for that destination at this time.
We deliver to the following locations:
Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia (Hrvatska), Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (except DOM TOM), Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
Restricted Shipping – Vaporizers & Accessories
Due to regional regulations, we currently do not ship vaporizers or vaporizer accessories to the following countries:
· Belgium
· Iceland
· Andorra
· Poland
· Cyprus
· Montenegro
· Luxembourg
· The Netherlands
· Canary Islands
Order processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipment will only take place after the payment has been successfully processed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Make sure to check your spam folder if you have not received it.
Tracking & Delivery Updates
To stay informed on the status of your delivery, we recommend regularly checking your Track & Trace link.
If you have not received a tracking link or your order has been delayed for more than 7 working days, please contact us so we can assist you with checking the status of your shipment.
In the event of delivery issues, it is possible to open an inquiry with UPS. Please note that UPS inquiries can only be initiated within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Our delivery service dispatches orders Monday to Friday.
Delivery times depend on the destination. Delivery estimates may be affected by customs processing, local holidays, or unforeseen delays.
See the list below for estimated time of arrival by destination:
1-3 working days: UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland
3-7 working days: EU
5-8 working days: Switzerland and Norway
Customers are advised to frequently check their track & trace link for the most up-to-date delivery information.
Shipping Fees
Free shipping policy
Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or for orders that meet specific minimum purchase requirements.
If free shipping is applied standard delivery times still apply. Free shipping only applies to the shipping charges. Other fees like import duties, VAT, and any other local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by Vaposhop.

· UK & Channel Island: 89€ shipping costs and free shipping for all orders over 90€.
· Germany, Luxembourg, Denmark, Ireland, Netherlands and France: 11,99€ shipping costs and free shipping for all orders over 150€.
· Portugal, Spain (50 of 52 provinces), Sweden, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Monaco, Poland, Austria, Czechia and Italy: 13,39€ shipping costs and free shipping for all orders over 150€.
· Spanish Islands & Andorra: 14,99€ shipping costs and free shipping for all orders over 150€.
· Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Norway, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Croatia and Hungary: 15,95€ shipping costs and free shipping for all orders over 170€ with Royal Mail International Tracked and 25,39€ with UPS Standard.
· Malta and Switzerland: 16,79€ shipping costs and free shipping for all orders over 190€ with Royal Mail International Tracked and 58,99€ with UPS Standard.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Shipping fees are non-refundable, including when:
· A parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address (as entered at checkout)
· A parcel is sent to an unsupported delivery location (e.g. Amazon or DHL Packstations)
· Customs duties or import taxes are refused by the customer
· A shipment is returned after unsuccessful delivery attempts, or has reached the maximum day at a pickup location
UPS DELIVERY
UPS is our primary delivery partner for our shipments.
Shipping fees include the cost of home delivery or delivery to a UPS pick-up point near your address if doorstep delivery is not feasible.
Please note that orders are shipped exclusively via UPS to residential addresses. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the UPS driver may redirect your parcel to the nearest UPS Access Point for collection.
At this time, we are unable to deliver to Packstations or P.O boxes. Please refrain from using these as your delivery address, as doing so will result in the parcel being returned to us.
Unsupported Delivery Addresses
DHL Packstations and Amazon Packstations are not supported delivery addresses. Parcels addressed to these location will be automatically returned to our warehouse upon arrival in your country. These locations are not supported delivery addresses. Such returns may result in significant delays in receiving your order.
If a parcel is returned to us due to being addressed to an unsupported delivery location, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Discreet shipping
All our orders are packaged and shipped discreetly. Parcels do not display product names, brand references, or any information that reveals the contents. Only the necessary shipping details required by the carrier are shown on the label.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. These costs will not be reimbursed by VapoShop
Failure to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed. Shipping fees will not be refunded in such cases.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility. We do not have insights into the carrier’s internal planning, routing decisions, or delivery schedule.
To stay informed, it is essential to regularly check your tracking information. Tracking updates provide the most accurate details on the parcel’s movement, attempted deliveries or any issues that may arise during transit.
If your package appears lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number, as they can provide the most accurate and up-to-date information. You may also contact us for support, and we will gladly assist where possible.
If an investigation with the carrier is required, please note:
· Carrier investigations can take up to 10 working days to complete
· No action can be taken until the investigation is officially closed
· The outcome of the carrier’s investigation cannot be guaranteed
