Where do we ship?

Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia (Hrvatska), Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (except DOM TOM), Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.


Please note: Till further notice we are not sending Vaporizers and accessories to Belgium, Iceland, Andorra and Luxembourg.


Till further notice we are not sending Vaporizers to the Netherlands.


Free shipping policy

See below our free shipping cost policy for our delivery countries:

  • Netherland: 4,5€ shipping costs and free shipping for all orders over 50€.
  • Germany, UK and France:  6,5€ shipping costs and free shipping for all orders over 100€.
  • Denmark, Italy, Monaco, Czech Republic, Poland, Austria, Spain, Finland, Ireland, Portugal, Sweden, United Kingdom/Northern island, Switzerland, Channel Islands (Guernsey), Channel Islands (Jersey), Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino: 9,5€ shipping costs and free shipping costs for all orders over 125€.
  • Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Slovenia, Slovak Republic, Canary Island: 24€ shipping costsfor all orders.


UPS DELIVERY

Shipping fees include the cost of home delivery or UPS pick-up points near your address if the delivery is not feasible to your doorstep.

Please note that orders are exclusively shipped via UPS to residential addresses. In the event of your absence, the delivery driver may opt to redirect the package to the nearest UPS pick-up location.

At this time, we regret to inform you that we are unable to dispatch your parcel to a Packstation or P.O box. Kindly refrain from using this as your designated delivery address. Instead, we recommend using a residential or work address for seamless delivery.

It's important to mention that parcels addressed to a DHL or Amazon Packstation will be directly returned to our warehouse upon arrival in your country. This process may lead to significant delays in receiving your package.

Our delivery service dispatches orders Monday to Friday.

  • 1-2 days: Netherlands
  • 3-4 days: Austria, France (except DOM TOM), Germany, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden
  • 4-5 days: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece (various locations in Greece could experience further delays), Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Monaco, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom

Please be patient and know that as soon as you get an order confirmation email, we will have your order processed and shipped the next day. We advise you to frequently check your track & trace link for any updates.

Discreet shipping

We send all our orders in discreet packages that are fully insured. In case of a lost package our team will do whatever they can to deliver what you paid for. We strongly believe good service doesn't stop at a sale.

You will receive an email with a tracking code once your package has been shipped.

Shipping Taxes

Important note for our customers from non-EU countries such as United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway: Items imported into United Kingdom, Switzerland and other non-EU countries need to obtain customs clearance. This means you can be asked to pay additional costs upon delivery: (statutory) VAT and certain customs clearance fees. These costs will not be reimbursed by VapoShop.

After you placed your order:

Our delivery service operates from Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 11am on Friday are shipped on the following Monday.
Rest assured that your order will be swiftly processed and dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the payment. To stay updated on the status of your delivery, we recommend regularly monitoring your track & trace link.

If you have not received a tracking link and have experienced a delay of more than 7 working days, please do not hesitate to contact us for inquiries about the status of your package.  

In the event of any issues, it is possible to open an inquiry with UPS, but please note that this is only feasible within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
